What's covered.
We replace printed books that arrive with:
- Printing defects — issues caused by the printer, such as binding problems, ink errors, or missing or damaged pages.
- Shipping damage — damage caused by the shipping carrier before the book reached you.
What's not covered.
Reprints are not available for issues present in the preview, only for defects from the printer. Please take the time to carefully review your book's interior preview before ordering, as we cannot offer reprints for errors that were present in the preview. This includes:
- Typos, grammar, or content choices.
- Photo placement, cropping, or order.
- Cover design choices.
- Chapter selection or compilation contents.
If you spot one of these and want to print again with the fix, you can order a paid reprint from your My Compilations page.
How to submit a claim.
- Open your book from the My Compilations page.
- Tap Order More Copies.
- In the defect-replacement section, choose whether the issue is a printing defect or shipping damage and attach a photo (JPG or PNG, up to 10MB).
- Submit. The replacement will ship to the same address as your original order.

Refunds vs. replacements.
Printed books cannot be returned or exchanged (unless there is a defect caused by the printer or shipping carrier). For defective books, our standard remedy is a free replacement.
